The big work that Louise did is really just the beginning of her journey. Releasing the old, reactive patterns and accessing the ideal states has freed up a massive amount of creative energy. Having these ideal states fully available doesn’t mean life suddenly becomes easy, though.

It started to come together as we got to the end of the process but I really didn’t see the whole shift until I had emerged on the other side. I can look back at myself in the midst of the process, and see the threads that tie it all together but at the time, it felt like a chaotic mess of upturned and scattered parts of emotions.

It’s hard to clean up a jumbled closet without pulling everything out first. We started identifying, feeling, and mapping emotions without shifting the first ones right away. The deconstruction process left me feeling exhausted.

I have always felt on the outside of things. Like a shadow observing but never invited to enter. I shifted “Isolated Outside” and I discovered a space around me that felt safe and that I influenced. Moving this part changed my interactions immediately.

The first feeling I mapped was fear of rejection. first I had to get the words right. “Fear of rejection” is an abstract phrase that could apply to just about anyone. It was not mine. What it really felt like was crumbling.
